· Post Graduated in M.A. (English) in the year 1969 and passed LL.B. in the year 1971.

· Practiced as an Advocate in civil, criminal and Revenue Laws since February 1972 to 15^th May 1984 at Sheopurkalan, Madhya Pradesh.

· Selected in Higher Judicial Service of Uttar Pradesh and joined on 16^th May 1984 as Additional District & Sessions Judge.

· Promoted in the year 1999 as District & Sessions Judge. Served as Judicial Member, Trade Tax Tribunal, Agra,  July 1994 to May 1998

· Elevated as Additional Judge in High Court of Judicature at Allahabad on 20/10/2005. Took oath as permanent Judge on 10/08/2007.

· Retired as a Judge of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad on 9^th February 2009.

· Joined State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Delhi on 1^st August 2009.
